  • In-person therapy offers a calm, private space where you can step away from daily pressures and focus fully on yourself. Sessions take place in a comfortable, confidential office setting designed to help women and teen girls feel supported, understood, and at ease.

    Together, we will work to better understand what you’re experiencing, build practical coping tools, and help you feel more emotionally balanced, confident, and connected in your day-to-day life.

    Services are provided for individual clients only. I do not offer couples, marriage, or family counseling.

  • Telehealth therapy allows you to receive personalized mental health support from the comfort and privacy of your own space through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This option is ideal for busy women and teen girls who want consistent support while balancing school, work, parenting, or other responsibilities.

    Together, we will work to help you gain clarity around your emotions, strengthen coping skills, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life.
