• Individual therapy sessions are $160 per 50-minute session. Therapy is an investment in your emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and overall quality of life. Many clients find that having a consistent space for support, insight, and skill-building creates meaningful and lasting change.

  • Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. This allows dedicated time for you to slow down, talk through what’s on your mind, and begin working toward meaningful insight and change in a supportive and focused space.

  • The frequency of sessions is based on your individual needs and goals, and we will decide on a plan together. Many clients find it helpful to meet weekly at the start so we can build momentum and begin seeing progress, and then adjust the schedule over time as things begin to shift.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, goal-focused approach to counseling that helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we look at patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and work on developing more helpful ways of thinking and responding so you can feel more balanced, confident, and in control in your daily life.

  • While I do not participate with any insurance providers, many offer “out of network” mental health benefits.

Please check with your insurance company prior to the first session to determine if seeing a licensed professional counselor qualifies for reimbursement. I can provide receipts that will assist with the reimbursement process. Full payment for service is expected at the completion of each session.

  • I accept check, and credit/debit cards as forms of payment.

  • Consistency helps therapy work best, so I ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice or missed sessions will be charged the full session fee.

I understand that emergencies happen, and these are always handled with care and consideration. That said, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require us to adjust your schedule to ensure therapy remains consistent and effective for you.
